TERMS & CONDITIONS of TRADE
1) These terms & conditions
constitute the agreement between Dayteam Ltd t/a WONDERWORLD and the
purchaser. They override any terms and conditions issued by the purchaser.
2) These terms and conditions can only be varied by written consent from
Dayteam Ltd t/a WONDERWORLD.
3) All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
4) Carriage Charge at £7.25 is added when the net order value despatched
is under £ 200.00.
5) All claims for damages must be reported to Dayteam Ltd t/a WONDERWORLD
within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
6) Non-delivery must be reported to us within 7 days of the date of our
invoice.
7) No goods may be returned without our prior consent in writing. The
company reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee.
8) Dayteam Ltd t/a WONDERWORLD reserve the right to amend prices without
notice.
9) Payment is due within 30 days of the date of invoice. Dayteam Ltd t/a
WONDERWORLD reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at
the rate of 2% per calendar month on the gross amount. Dayteam Ltd t/a
WONDERWORLD reserve the right to suspend deliveries on overdue accounts.
10) Dayteam Ltd t/a WONDERWORLD retains ownership of the goods until
payment has been received in full. The customer shall permit agents of the
company to repossess goods in the event of non-payment.
11) We reserve the right to make part deliveries.
12) Dayteam Ltd t/a WONDERWORLD shall not be liable for commercial damages
or commercial losses due to defective goods or delay in delivery.
Liability is limited to replacement of defective goods or refund. Your
statutory rights are not affected.
13) New customers should sign and return a copy of these Terms and
Conditions with their first order.
14) Where e-mail addresses have been communicated then the customer grants
permission to WONDERWORLD to send text only e-mail messages until the
customer specifically requests that such e-mail messages should not be
sent. (All such messages will be brief and occasional).
15) Dayteam Ltd t/a WONDERWORLD orders and contracts are subject to
English Law.
